Day 27: Just Do Ten — Burpees, Brothers, and Building the Body of David

On Day 27 of my #JustDoTen challenge, I honored my parents’ 52nd anniversary, renewed my challenge to Sean Pittman, and called out two giants — Shannon Baker and Oscar McBride — to give me ten. The mirror shows progress, the scale confirms change, and the journey continues. Ten reps at a time, I’m chiseling myself into the man I’m meant to be.

Day 16 of the Just Do Ten Challenge: Florida Sun, Civic Honors, and a 50th Birthday Dedication

On Day Sixteen of the Just Do Ten challenge, I pushed through South Florida heat after a whirlwind travel day, a cigar bar coaching session with a sixty-eight-year-old fitness inspiration, and a late night honoring leaders like Sean Pittman, Mayor Douglas Lawson, and Florida Bar President Sia Baker-Barnes. I dedicated this one to my brother Quasim of Paper Brown Bag Art, celebrating his 50th birthday.
