When I started this journey, I set the tone by calling out two of my collegiate idols on Day 1 of the burpee challenge. That was the spark.

But Day 2? That’s about my Huntsville, Alabama family—the kind you find on your high school football and track teams.

So here it is: 10 burpees. Nothing fancy. No one-pump push-ups. No jumps required. Just 10.

And today, I’m calling out two of my brothers from back in the day: Corey Lockhart and Harrison Robinson.

Corey was the fastest dude I ever encountered—lightning quick, small but mighty, a blur on the track. Harrison was the wildcat—reckless on the football field, crazy energy, fearless in every play.

These aren’t just names; they’re memories of sweat, competition, and brotherhood. And that’s why this call-out matters.

Day 2 isn’t just my second set of burpees—it’s a reminder of the roots that shaped me, the teammates who pushed me, and the friendships that still run deep.

So Harrison. Corey. Let’s see your 10. And for everyone else? Don’t just watch. Step up. Day 2 is about moving together.
