I am just going to sit this right here and let it marinate in the Universe…
In the past couple of days, I came across a video that struck me. The man in it, [Vincent Fischer], an influencer, walked through Walmart weighing just [130] pounds, with only a single dollar in his pocket. But what made the moment powerful wasn’t his circumstance—it was his determination. He looked straight into the camera, on October 10, 2020, and declared that he was going to be a millionaire. His plan? To monetize fitness.
That kind of bold affirmation resonated with me. I’ve been out here in these streets since 1992, living, learning, and watching countless people transform their lives by turning fitness into more than just a personal pursuit. I’ve seen it up close with people like Mike Rashid and Big Boy Jake—men I have met personally, men whose sweat I’ve smelled and whose voices I’ve heard not through a digital screen but in real life. Their journeys reminded me that success in fitness isn’t just about muscles or numbers—it’s about mindset, commitment, and consistency.
Today, on August 20, 2025, I’m making my own declaration. This is my affirmation to myself, and to the Universe: I am monetizing fitness through our line, Legacy Gear. The principle is simple— #JustDoTen. Ten reps. Ten moves. Ten moments of showing up for yourself. A rising tide lifts all ships, and what I build through Legacy Gear will ripple outward, lifting everything connected to it.
I’ll be honest: my body isn’t perfect right now. I hurt my shoulder back in June, and I can’t throw up the double bicep pose the way I’d like. But adaptation is part of the journey. Pain doesn’t stop the mission—it shapes it. Even with the injury, I can still drop down and grind through three sets of ten Navy Seal burpees. That’s 30 total. And over the course of 30 days, that becomes a foundation for transformation.
This isn’t just about me. It’s about inviting you into the challenge. Will you join me? Thirty days. Three sets of ten burpees a day. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated—just the discipline of showing up and doing the work.
I’m planting this seed in the universe today. I’m Too Legit to Quit, and I believe what we start now will echo far beyond a single month. Together, we’re building something bigger than fitness—we’re building legacy.

He’s [130] pounds. He says he only has a dollar in his pocket. And then he makes a mental commitment. He makes a mental determination. And he says, this is October 10th, 2020. I’m gonna be a millionaire. I’m gonna monetize fitness.
Well, look here. I’ve been in this business of life out here in these streets since 1992. I’ve watched lots of people monetize fitness. Mike Rashid, Big Boy Jake. Lots and lots of others. Those are two that I know personally, that I’ve been close enough touch, smell their sweat, hear the actual tenor of their voice, not the digital representation and reproduction.

Anyway, this is my personal affirmation to myself, to the universe. It’s August 20th, 2025. I’m monetizing fitness legacy gear. Just do 10. Everything that is connected to the avatar are going to be lifted. A rising tide lifts all ships. So I can’t do the double bicep pose because my shoulder is tweaking right now. I love this soooo much! I’ve lost 25 lbs since my appendix bursted in July and now ready to get back to fitness and keep that momentum going… definitely not at my best fitness level right now but the body has memory and responds quickly… let’s gooooooo!!! 🔥🔥🔥
